Sorry for the late response, I didn't notice any new comments till now! But luckily it seems that Fennec Foxes (or Yoda Foxes in my preferred terminology!) can be kept as pets. Here is a link to the Fennec Fox Breeder Directory, which should be a good starting place.

Are we allowed to have these Yoda Foxes as pets? Or are they exotic animals?
